Principal / Founder Jenny Dunton

Jenny Dunton is the Principal and
Founder of EcoWithin Consulting, and has over
fifteen years of professional hospitality, event
planning and marketing experience. Jenny
brings nearly two decades of practical hands-on
knowledge, business expertise, strong communication
skills and dynamic leadership to every project. Jenny
is considered by her clients as a partner to
their projects; she is trusted and respected
to completely represent their financial, operational
and overall business objectives. Her goal
is to meet a client’s fundamental requirements
while always seeking for innovative and creative
ways to further enhance their goals by carefully
looking at every detail and service rendered.
Since 1994 Jenny has had the privilege
to work with numerous prestigious fortune 100
and 500 companies and has worked alongside many
elite 4 and 5 star hotel partners. Over
the course of her career in hospitality, Jenny
became increasingly aware and sensitive to the
need for improvement in the industry in regards
to social responsibility and improved environmental
operational practices. Embracing
this real need as an opportunity, Jenny saw a
better way to serve client’s needs by offering
eco education and solutions for our future and
by supporting the emerging sustainability requirements
within companies.
Enthusiastic and committed to making
a difference within organizations and the hospitality
Industry, Jenny established and founded EcoWithin
Consulting. Since its inception, Jenny
has received numerous certifications and accreditations
in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility,
Carbon Strategies, Green Supply Chain Management
and Green Purchasing Fundamentals. She
holds a Green Building Industry Certification
and is certified through the Global Sustainability
Technology Institute as a Sustainability Professional. Jenny
is an active member of the GMIC, Green Meetings
Industry Council as well as a member of the GBIC,
Green Building Industry Council.
